Welcome!

I would like to welcome you to Immanuels Day Nursery & Preschool, a well-established, home from home provider of quality childcare. Immanuels is about children and staff enjoying what they are good at.

I have been truly fortunate to watch so many children flourish at Immanuels over the years. Happy, secure children will make the most of their early play experiences and our staff feel privileged to be part of their learning

Children are at the heart of all that we do, and we are committed to ensuring that all our children have the best possible start in life. Children are actively encouraged to explore, learn, communicate and interact with their peers and others.

.Safeguards, policies and procedures are in place to protect us, parents, children, etc, which evolve as things change and we learn different ways of doing things.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality child-centred holistic care in a secure, welcoming and inclusive environment which both supports and challenges children to make the best progress they can to reach their full potential.

We are delighted that you have chosen Immanuels for your child, and we will ensure your child’s time here is a rich and successful one.

Welcome to Immanuels Day Nursery & Preschool

Child Safety Week 5th – 11th June

As parents and as practitioners, it is our responsibility to teach young children about safety and allow them to take safe risks. We ensure that teaching young children about safety is an essential part of their development at Immanuels. It equips them with the knowledge and skills to protect themselves in various situations. By instilling these safety habits early on, we empower children to make informed choices and navigate the world with confidence.

Teaching young children about safety is an ongoing process that requires patience, repetition, and consistency. By starting with the basics, using age-appropriate language and resources, engaging in role-play activities, encouraging open communication, and being a consistent role model, you can empower children to develop lifelong safety habits.
